Annual Homeowners Meeting
Mark your calendars for the Falls Creek Annual Homeowners Association meeting. Your attendance is encouraged and appreciated.

New Board Member Needed
There is currently one open seat for the Falls Creek Board of Directors.  If you are good with technology, you are especially encouraged to join the board.  Please contact Allyson Leigh from our association management company if you are interested.

Avoid On-Street Parking - Especially During Winter Storms
Please avoid on-street parking whenever possible.  Cars parked on the street can cause unsafe driving conditions in our neighborhood, as well as make it virtually impossible for larger vehicles, such as fire engines and garbage to get through, especially in cul-de-sacs.  Additionally, please use common sense during the winter snow and ice storms and keep the roads clear for snow-removal vehicles.  In previous years, snow service has been required to plow around vehicles, leaving large portions of our streets unplowed.

Questions About the Neighborhood?  Need Approval for an External Addition or Improvement?
If you have a concern regarding our community or need approval for any external additions to your property, please feel free to contact Allyson Leigh who is the representative from our management company - Community Management Associates.

Falls Creek Common Areas
The question has come up a few times about common areas around the neighborhood that the Falls Creek Association maintains.  Generally, these areas include the two entrances and the islands in each of our cul-de-sacs.  The black fencing and sound barrier fencing near I-71 was installed by the developer on homeowner property.  These are not maintained by the association.

Pet Owners
Residents with pets are reminded to be considerate of their neighbors. When outside, dogs and cats should either be confined to their own yard or on a leash (according to Metro Louisville's leash law).

We continually receive complaints about neighbors not picking up after their pets, as well as neighbors who allow their dogs to walk up to the doorstep of homes.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE!

Police Contact Information
To contact our police service, call Metro Police at 574-2111 and then, if possible, follow up with an email to darrellspurgeon@offdutypoliceservices.com.

Mailbox Repair
If your mailbox has fallen into disrepair, call Jim Conner at
327-2562 for a list of handymen that can restore it to its original condition or install a new one.

Sidewalk Clearance
Please be sure to keep your trees, bushes and other landscaping trimmed back so that neighbors can safely use our sidewalks.

Storm Sewers Heads Up
For those homeowners who have a storm sewer grate near their Cheap Accommodation Falls Creek, please try to clean the leaves and other debris from these grates so that the storm sewers can function properly during the heavy rains. Thanks!
